Lady Of The Well 03

I made this a little while ago, it was just for shits and giggles. It is a concept for a D&D character based of the story of the Lady in the Lake from Dragon Magazine

The character kind of started out because I wanted to make an elf that was considered "ugly" by her peers, so I figured a drow/eladrin hybrid with a really unfortunate colour palette would be good and then I later mixed it in with the Dragon version of the Lady in the Lake
